Where does MyWeddingWarehouse ship to?
Although the shipping costs on check out are based on shipping within Australia. We do ship to other countries. Please contact us at sales@myweddingwarehouse.com.au should you wish to find out more details on the shipping costs for delivery outside Australia

 

What are the shipping and handling rates?
Within Australia (standard orders)
AUD 14.00 for orders up to AUD 75.00
AUD 19.50 for orders up to AUD 150.00
AUD 25.00 for orders up to AUD 300.00
AUD 30.50 for orders up to AUD 500.00
AUD 36.00 for orders up to AUD 1000.00      
AUD 41.50 for orders over AUD 1000.00

Within Australia ("rush" orders)
AUD 29.00 for orders up to AUD 75.00
AUD 34.50 for orders up to AUD 150.00
AUD 39.00 for orders up to AUD 300.00
AUD 45.50 for orders up to AUD 500.00
AUD 51.00 for orders up to AUD 1000.00      
AUD 56.50 for orders over AUD 1000.00

How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on locations, generally standard shipping within Australia will take between 6-14 business days. Orders will be shipped as soon as the payment is processed successfully.

For shipping outside Australia, please contact us at 
sales@myweddingwarehouse.com.au for further details. 

Please also note that personalised items may take an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery.



Are there any exceptions to the default shipping rates?
Yes, in very rare occasions, due to the bulkiness of some our items, shipping costs may exceed the posted rates. In these rare cases, you will be contacted with the exact shipping rates before we process the order.

Exceptions may also apply to items such as candles and confectionaries, due to the hot weather during summer months we recommend shipping by Express. Candles/Confectionaries shipped ground will not be guaranteed. There may be slight additional charges on top of the posted rates, you will be contacted with the exact shipping rates before we process the order.
Orders shipped via express post will be shipped out Monday and Tuesday only.



What is your return/exchange policy?
We generally do not offer return/exchanges with the exception when orders were incorrectly processed by us. However, we are more than happy to assess it on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at
