Orders

How do I place an order?
 

Selecting your products 

When you find the desired product, press the Add to cart button. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart page, where you can see all the items in your shopping cart, update the product quantities or remove one or more items from the cart. If you want to go back to browsing and shopping for other products, press the Continue shopping button. 

Shipping information 

Press the Checkout button to finalise your order. If you are a new customer you will have to create a user account by filling our registration form. This will only take about 1-2 minutes of your time, and then you will be able to finalise the order. If your shipping address does not match the billing address, please select the Enter new shipping address option and input all the necessary information. 

Finalising your order 

You should now see all your ordered products listed under the checkout item section. Please check if they are correct and update them accordingly if they are not. This is also the last time you are able to edit the shipping and billing information, please make sure they are correctly entered.

 

Finally, to place your order, select the payment method (paypal) and use the Comments field to add additional information – this is where you can specify what sizes, colors, designs or other personalisation details you’d like for the items you’ve ordered. Do not worry if you have missed this during the checkout process, you can email the details to orders@myweddingwarehouse.com.au and we will be more than happy to update your order with the information you provided.  Once you have entered all the required information and chosen the shipping option you’d like, click Place Orders and you will be redirected to Paypal website to complete the payment.

 


How do I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once the payment is made, you will not be able to alter/cancel the order.

How do I order samples?
We do offer samples on some of our products, please email us at orders@myweddingwarehouse.com.au should you have any particular items in mind.

Can you personalise items?
Most of our items can be personalised. Weddings are all about personalisation. Please feel free to email us at orders@myweddingwarehouse.com.au should you require personalisation on any of your ordered items.

  What is your return/exchange policy?
We generally do not offer return/exchanges with the exception when orders were incorrectly processed by us. However, we are more than happy to assess it on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at orders@myweddingwarehouse.com.au should you wish to find out more details.

 

 

Why are my products damaged, missing or defective?
All products will be thoroughly checked before shipping, however if you do find any damaged or missing items from your orders, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email the details to orders@myweddingwarehouse.com.au

MyWeddingWarehouse is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we do offer great discounts for high quantity purchases. Please contact us at sales@myweddingwarehouse.com.au to find out the discounted price.

Stock Availability

At MyWeddingWarehouse, we make every effort to keep items in stock to meet your order requirements. However, on odd occasions, items may be out of stock or be discontinued by our supplier without our knowledge, in these cases we will contact you immediately and provide you with options to replace with similar items or refund your order.

Payments

What are my payment options?
MyWeddingWarehouse only accepts payment through PayPal. This is to give yourself, as the buyer, the maximum protection. All payments made are processed by paypal and information is protected by SSL with an encrytption key length of 168 bits (the highes level commercially available).

Which currency is used for payments? Can I pay with other currencies?
All products are listed in Australian Dollars, however PayPal allows user to make payments in other supported currencies. Please refer to PayPal website for further details.
